The awarded grant is exclusively intended to finance an economic, social, or community project clearly defined by the beneficiary in their initial application.
The allocated funds constitute a non-repayable grant, subject to full compliance with the conditions stated herein.
No fixed ceiling is established. Each application is evaluated individually based on its merits and actual needs.
The beneficiary commits to:
Any misuse or non-compliant utilization may result in the cancellation of granted benefits.
A verification audit will be conducted 18 months after fund disbursement. This visit aims to:

The grant-making organization reserves the right to demand full or partial repayment of the grant, plus legal interest.

The grant will be permanently secured with no repayment obligation.
